Statistical Analyst

  • Conducts analyses using both survey and database data
  • Clearly communicates the results of analyses through written and oral communication to non-analysts
  • Determines the proper analytical method to answer project goals
  • Juggles multiple projects at a time and ensures project deadlines are met
  • Interacts and consults with internal colleagues and external clients
  • Is highly detail-oriented - can catch discrepancies in the data, both real and human error
  • Is comfortable with numbers and using them to answer questions and tells stories



Qualified candidates should have: 

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, or other quantitative field with knowledge of and/or coursework in statistics

Proficiency with applied statistical methods (regression, cluster analysis, factor analysis, etc.)

Exposure to advanced methods such as conjoint analysis, structural equations models, and experimental designs a plus, but not required 

Proficiency with statistical software (SPSS or R preferred)

Exposure to basic programming a plus (e.g. Visual Basic, Python, SQL, C, Java etc.) 

Proficiency with Microsoft Office 

    • Prior work experience a plus, but not required 
    • Must be able to commute to Fort Washington, PA (Monday - Friday)
